Rick Vargas

Rick is currently working as a first engineer and assistant manager at Laughing Tiger Studios. Rick holds a B.A. in audio engineering from Expression College of Digital Arts. Through the years at Laughing Tiger, Rick has first and second engineered for many great artists incluing Carlos Santana, and Stanley Jordan. He was recently credited in "Mix Magazine" for assisting on Santana's "Ultimate Santana" CD. In addition, Rick has worked with many well known local Hip-Hop artists such as San Quinn, E40, Too-Short, Gift of Gab and Crown City Rockers. R & B includes Lenny Williams and Archie Bell along with jazz greats Harold Jones, and Larry Vokovich.
